Our products are made within 5-15 working days from receipt of the orders, depending on thew availability of the materials. We are committed to ensuring the highest quality and care in every item we produce.

SHIPPING
Average shipping times are 3 days throughout Italy, with 1 additional day for shipments to the islands. We ship worldwide Italy and around the world.

ORDER TRACKING
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, through which you can track the status of your shipment. If you have any doubts about the status of the shipment, you can contact the courier directly.​

SHIPPING COSTS
- Collection on site: free.
- Single Italian rate: free for orders above € 69, otherwise € 5.00.

RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to ensuring the full satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are our returns policies:

Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Condition of Products: To be eligible for returns, items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

Personalized Products: Please note that personalized products are not refundable unless they have manufacturing defects.

Return Procedures: To begin the returns process, contact us at the email address provided. You will need to provide your order number and reason for return and a photo of the product.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
